1. Research Associate, Cryobiology Research Institute, Methodist Hospital of Indiana, USA
Research in clinical embryology and assisted reproduction nurtured her subspecialty interest.

2. Accredited Specialist Gynaecologist for IVF
One of a small number of specialist gynaecologists in Singapore who is accredited by the Ministry of Health in Singapore to perform assisted reproductive procedures such as IVF for infertile couples.

3. Masters in Clinical Embryology (IVF)
She is one of a rare few IVF specialists who has qualifications in Clinical Embryology which focuses on the study of embryology and the laboratory of IVF.

4. Consultant in charge, Gynaecology-Urology Male Fertility Service
She set up a Gynaecology-Urology Male Fertility Service at the Singapore General Hospital which facilitated an earlier assessment and a more comprehensive gynaecological-urology management of the male fertility problem at the same time that their female partner is being assessed.
